Ageing It fermented between 12 and 14ºC for 4 weeks while 65% of the lot ended its fermentation on new French oak barrels. As soon as alcoholic fermentation is completed, it was left in "batonnage" on thin less for 8 weeks.
Ideal Temperature 8-12ºC
Alcohol Content 13.0 %
Consumption This wine, although quite pleasing now, will continue to develop for the next years. Excellent with fish, cold meat and roasted mild seasoned fowls.
Colour Clean, citrine colour.
Aroma Intense aroma, mineral notes together with nuances of lemon, lime and soft vegetable that confer complexity.
Flavour Intensity, volume and a citrine freshness that enhances and lengthens the fruity tastes.
