A wine which requires elaborate dishes or more intense flavours. Sheep's cheeses with some curing are a good complement, as well as red meats, a skate with coriander or cod with spices. |

This reserve provides us with intense aromas of plums, mature red fruit, wild blackberries and flowers which are revealed under a subtle guise of exotic spices. The tannins are around and in the mouth it is very smooth and elegant with a long, memorable after-taste. |
