Casa da Ínsua
The house, in a baroque style, was built in 1780's/90's by Luis Albuquerque de Mello Pereira e Cáceres, General Captain and Governor of the Mato Grosso and Cuiabá in Brazil. It was probably built in the place of the former Casa da Ínsua, as it was common use then. Thee chapel and the main terrace are believed to belong to the previous house. Signs of Luís Albuquerque's permanence in Brazil can still be found in the house - in the main entrance different 18th century Brazilian objects can be appreciated, most of them hunting and fishing handcraft made items by Brazilian Indians, and native arms as well as weapons and other Spanish's war devices. In the entrance ceiling there are paintings with the coat of arms of the family.

Casa da Insua's production is the wine. The wines are famous since the 19th century, having earned several prizes ever since. The main wine grapes are Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Rufete, Alfrocheiro, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tinta Roriz.
