Ageing The second fermentation takes place after bottling and lasts three months; after this, the wine is laid down for nine months until "dégorgement," sediment removal after the second fermentation.
Ideal Temperature 8º-10ºC
Consumption It may be served as an aperitif and is a good accompaniment to white meats, fish, seafood, fresh cheese and various types of dessert.
Colour Wine which is limpid in appearance with a fine, persistent bubble, straw yellow colour.
Aroma Fruity aroma (citrine and tropical).
Flavour Good acidity, volume and persistence in the mouth.
