Ageing Destemmed without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel vats at 25ºC, maceration in contact with submerged cap and daily rack and return. Malolactic fermentation in new french oak barrels, in which the wine remained 24 months, followed by more than 12 months in bottle prior to market release.
Consumption Best with complex flavours like red meats, game and well elaborated dishes.

Aroma Intense flavour of wild berry jam, some spice and balsamic flavours.
